Front Desk / Receptionist
Position Overview: The Receptionist will answer phone calls, onboard new hires, and handle other administrative tasks as assigned by the supervisor. The role focuses on building and maintaining a pool of qualified candidates to meet job requirements quickly and effectively.
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
Administrative Support:
Answer and assist with a minimum of 90% of inbound calls.
Assist with onboarding processes and ensure all documentation is completed accurately.
Help maintain the ATS system to ensure candidate information is current and accurate.
Staffing and Coordination:
Support the staffing of offices that are short-staffed by managing the assignment and placement of personnel.
Oversee the onboarding and orientation of temporary personnel.
Ensure all personnel are informed of job expectations, schedules, and any special requirements.
Monitor employee attendance and performance, addressing issues as they arise.
Qualifications and Skills:
Proven experience in recruitment, staffing, or a related field.
Strong phone etiquette and ability to conduct interviews effectively.
Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment.
High attention to detail and excellent data entry skills.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact with candidates, employees, and team members.
Ability to work independently while also being a team player.
Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
Proficiency in using recruitment and office software, including ATS systems.
Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
