QED Systems, LLC, is currently recruiting a Human Resources Analyst, to join our team at Fort Belvoir, VA to support our customer, Project Manager Terrestrial Sensors (PM TS).
As a Human Resources (HR) Analyst for Project Manager Terrestrial Sensors at Fort Belvoir, VA, you will use your understanding of government civilian human resources to support the PM in the areas of confidential personnel records, information systems and automation support in- and out-processing, awards, position requirements documents, recruitment, training administration, leave, and other administrative services.
Duties:
Access standard automated systems such as the Integrated Personnel and Pay System (IPPS-A), Defense Civilian Personnel Data System (DCPDS), Fully Automated System for Classification (FASCLASS), Automated Time Attendance and Production System (ATAAPS).
Review bi-weekly ATAAPS reports to ensure attendance.
Research and prepare position requirements descriptions.
Schedule and prepare interview packets.
In-process and out-process employees.
Prepare evaluations and corresponding records.
Prepare leave requests for approval by the Project Manager.
Coordinate with supported unit HR/administrative personnel.
Review, process, and finalize awards and award recommendations.
Draft HR and/or administrative policies.
Track mandatory training.
Monitor and track alternate work schedule and/or alternate worksite agreements and corresponding training.
Update and maintain organization SharePoint sites and bulletin boards.
Effectively handle customer inquiries via telephone, MS Teams, and email.
Conduct effective briefings on HR topics to organization leadership.
Review documents for completeness and accuracy, identify and resolve discrepancies.
Required Skills & Experience:
Familiarity with IPPS-A and Evaluation Entry System (EES).
Detail-oriented with excellent technical, verbal, and written communication skills.
Required Clearance:
ACTIVE CLEARANCE LEVEL REQUIRED: Secret
Qualifications:
BA/BS degree in related field required.
At least ten (10) years of experience in Government Human Resources field.
An additional 8 years of experience in a related field may be substituted for education.
A master’s degree or higher, in a related field, may be substituted for 5 years of experience.
Travel:
Less than 10% travel is not expected for this position.
Work Environment:
This position will be co-located with the customer and other contractors in Government office spaces.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:
This is a full time position, Monday through Friday. Flexibility around core hours. Travel may occur outside of normal core hours.

Estimated Salary Range: $90,000.00 - $105,000.00, annually. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary. This represents the typical range for fully qualified candidates for this position based on experience, geographic location, and other factors. The final offer amount may vary.
