Hospitality Team Management experience is required.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPECTATIONS

2 years of experience in management/hospitality required; kava knowledge a plus, but willing to train the right individual.

Regional Manager Responsibilities

Oversee the management and all locations.

Oversee operations of each location.

The ability to coordinate the growth of seven different locations.

Host weekly meetings for the management team.

Willing to help grow company structures and policies.

Qualifications

Must be tech-savvy.

Financial experience; forecasting, budgeting, P&L analysis.

Hospitality experience is a must.

Experience hiring, interviewing, and training employees.

Experience with inventory management and ordering.

Experience with Toast POS and Restaurant 365 is a plus.

Strong decision-making skills.

Organizational

Excellent written and verbal communication skills to connect effectively with customers, employees, executive leadership, event vendors, and hosts

Strong decision-making skills and the ability to effectively delegate responsibilities and maximize resources

Polished eye for detail and extreme attention to cleanliness and organization

Strong time-management skills; ability to multitask, prioritize, and organize

Availability

Willingness to work during peak hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Attend bi-weekly management meetings at Kava Culture HQ (Cape Coral)
