Job Description
The ideal candidate will be comfortable outlining and planning all aspects of work related to a given project such as budget, timelines, and teams. They will have strong communication skills that enable them to effectively communicate with all relevant teams. This individual should be able to foresee any problems related to the completion of a project and act in a timely manner to mitigate any issues. The Project Manager (PM) will serve as primary point of contact (POC) between customers, stakeholders, and Immersive team.
Responsibilities
Qualified Candidate will serve as primary client interface for BPA-level support.
Provide strategic project advice to clients.
Provide overall direction of program activities.
Manage program budgets, ensuring adherence to financial guidelines and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations.
Serve as primary quality assurance expert, working with consultants to ensure that project deliverables and services are provided at the highest level of quality.
Serves as primary point of contact with client, assuring that the client is up to date on program status and overall progress.
Responsible for organizing, directing, and managing all aspects of contract operational support functions involving multiple complex and inter-related project tasks that often require managing teams of contractor personnel at multiple locations
Lead change initiatives effectively, ensuring minimal disruption to project activities.
Provide enterprise-wide strategic systems planning support, business information planning, and analysis.
Communicate regularly with customer POC and senior levels of the customer’s organization to proactively estimate future service needs and react accordingly.
Responsible for overall client satisfaction, contract management, and maximizing efficiencies. Maintain pipeline of skilled resources, such that client can leverage these, as necessary.
Qualifications
Must have experience in managing four or more large programs or concurrent management of multiple complex projects
Must be experienced developing project plans, project schedules, white papers, proposals, and formal presentations.
Bachelor's degree in business administration or Bachelor of Science degree in other IT-related technical or scientific discipline or 5 years relevant experience managing large multimillion dollar A/V projects
Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification or equivalent
Public Trust (TS Clearance preferred) or be able to obtain
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
Strong communication, organizational, analytical, and critical thinking skills
