We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support the daily operations of our office. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring efficient administrative support, helping our team stay organized and productive.
Responsibilities
Manage and organize office files, records, and documentation
Answer and direct phone calls and emails in a professional manner
Schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain calendars
Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations
Order and maintain office supplies and inventory
Assist in onboarding new staff and organizing company events
Support accounting and HR tasks as needed
Perform other administrative duties as assigned
Qualifications
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred
Proven experience in an administrative or office assistant role
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
