Location: Atlanta, GA (hybrid preferred; remote considered)

Position Summary:

We are searching for an entrepreneurial-minded individual to serve as the Corporate Strategy Manager in support of CINC’s strategic initiatives. The primary responsibility of this role is to work with the Director of Strategic Programs and the Chief Administrative Officer to drive initiatives that will be a key part of CINC’s growth.

This will be a high-impact role working closely with and in support of the executive team that combines project management, data analysis, and strategic thinking across multiple cross-functional strategic initiatives. It’s the perfect role for a consultant to move into an operational role and is ideally suited for someone adept at project management, analyzing data and evaluating impact.

Responsibilities

Understand the property management ecosystem and identify new opportunities to offer solutions to the core needs of CINC’s users and partners

Develop and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) and measurement frameworks to track process, and success of strategic initiatives

Own dashboard reports, presentations, and communication materials to convey strategic insights and recommendations to key stakeholders

Manage various integration workstreams, and support executive staff on M&A

Work closely with cross-functional partners to track progress on various initiatives

Analyze data from various sources, synthesize insights and share recommendations for key CINC initiatives

Collaborate with various functions to identify areas for efficiencies / improvement, develop a plan, and help with the execution of the plan

Qualifications

This role requires strong project management and analytical skills; a creative and resourceful approach to problem-solving; the composure to simultaneously manage multiple important projects; the ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with CINC’s senior leadership team; and strengths in building relationships across multiple functions of the organization.

3+ years of experience working in corporate strategy, management consulting, or a similar field

Strong verbal and written communication skills including the ability to communicate effectively with various levels of executives

Proven ability to track, prioritize and drive multiple concurrent projects to success

Strong project management as well as problem-solving skills

Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint

Able to quickly build trust with internal and external stakeholders
