We are seeking a new team player to fill our Quality Inspector position available at our Phoenix AZ, manufacturing facility. This is an ON SITE position.

Job Overview:

We are seeking a meticulous Quality Control Inspector to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that products meet the established quality standards through thorough inspection and testing processes.

Duties:

- Perform detailed inspections on incoming materials, work in progress, and finished products

- Utilize tools such as calipers, micrometers, and other measuring instruments to verify product specifications

- Conduct quality checks to ensure compliance with company and industry standards

- Analyze data collected during inspections to identify trends or areas for improvement

- Collaborate with the production team to address quality issues promptly

- Implement quality management systems and procedures to maintain high-quality standards

- Document inspection results and maintain accurate records for reference

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in quality control, quality assurance, or a related field

- Familiarity with QA/QC processes and methodologies

- Ability to fabricate and interpret technical drawings and specifications

- Proficiency in using measurement tools such as calipers and micrometers

- Knowledge of HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points) principles is a plus

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work

- Excellent analytical skills to assess product quality effectively
