Job Summary

We are seeking a curious, imaginative, and forward-thinking Graphic Designer to join our energetic and passionate marketing and creative team. In this role, you will partner closely with the Creative Services Manager to develop engaging, on-brand content that supports our marketing, product, sales teams and beyond. Your versatility, creativity and collaborative skills will play a crucial role in enhancing our brand identity and driving effective communication across various platforms and channels.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Multi-Purpose Design Ninja:

Design and produce a wide range of visual assets, including packaging design, owned and paid digital marketing content, traditional advertising, sales tools/collateral, event/tradeshow materials, physical SWAG items, and content for omni-channel marketing campaigns.

Follow brand guidelines and be a gatekeeper of the brand.

Sketch concepts to visually articulate ideas.

Illustrate custom visuals that enhance our branding and messaging.

Work on production related tasks such as prepping packaging files and creating/exporting image assets for item setup and other retailer needs.

Participate and play a support role for photo and video productions.

Collaborative Creator:

Collaborate with the Creative Lead, CEO/Founder, and other team members to understand project objectives to ensure positive and successful project outcomes.

Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute magical ideas to elevate our creative output.

Collaborate and take constructive feedback from multiple project stakeholders during design process to get to successful outcomes.

Partner as needed with outside agencies and partners to bring projects to life.

Project Management:

Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and on budget of high-quality design work and effectively be able to communicate if deadlines are in jeopardy.

Consumer Curiosity at Core:

Be a champion of the brand and the consumer in every piece of creative touched.

Utilize and bring forward consumer insights to improve the design.

Stay updated on design trends and industry best practices, specifically in the food and beverage industry to continually enhance our visual communication strategies.

Minimum Qualifications

Desire for high-growth, entrepreneurial environment.

Naturally curious, with an appreciation for ambiguity and the ability to embrace the “test and learn” mentality in pursuit of continuous improvement.

High proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and other relevant software is essential.

Web-design experience and working within a content management system.

Proven illustrations and sketching skills.

History working within a project management system.

Understanding of the pre-press process.

A curiosity for copywriting.

After effects experience a plus but not required.

Expertise in scalable packaging design, with a strong understanding of production processes and material specifications.

A minimum of 5+ years of experience in design, with a proven track record of innovative thinking and strategic projects.

Ability to think strategically and integrate creative vision with broader business objectives.

Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively through ambiguous projects by leaning into collaboration.

A genuine passion for creativity, consumers, and innovation, with a keen interest in food and beverage trends.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
