Travel: 25–35%

MORI is hiring a Civil Engineer to support the FAA’s Infrastructure Engineering Center under the NISC IV program. You'll lead the design, review, and oversight of critical FAA infrastructure projects—ranging from remote towers to facility renovations—with a focus on safety, reliability, and technical excellence.

What You’ll Do:

Develop and review civil engineering plans for FAA construction and renovation projects

Conduct feasibility studies, site inspections, and technical evaluations

Support field activities including Joint and Contractor Acceptance Inspections (JAI/CAI)

Prepare reports and ensure documentation aligns with FAA standards

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver complete engineering packagesWhat You Bring:

Bachelor’s (4+ yrs exp) or Master’s (2+ yrs exp) in Civil Engineering

Experience with site development, tower/shelter design, utilities, and concrete/foundation work

Familiarity with NEPA, stormwater permitting, and construction risk management

Proficiency in AutoCAD, MicroStation, and project management tools (Primavera, MS Project, CWP)Bonus if You Know:

FAA-specific systems: NASET, NASEB, CWP

HAZMAT, HVAC, grounding, fire detection, and security systems
