Are you passionate about helping others and eager to grow in a dynamic IT role? Rogue Community Health is looking for a customer-focused Helpdesk Specialist I to join our team!

As a key member of our IT team, you will be the first point of contact for employees needing technical support. Your role will be to provide friendly, patient, and solution-driven assistance, ensuring each interaction is met with professionalism and a commitment to problem-solving. What You'll Do:

Serve as the first point of contact for IT support, responding to requests, troubleshooting workstations and printer issues, and assisting with onboarding and offboarding.

Provide exceptional customer service by guiding users through solutions with patience and professionalism.

Configure, implement, and support workstations, printers, and phones to ensure seamless operations.

Assist in training new hires by providing IT orientation and directing them to relevant resources.

Maintain and troubleshoot software applications, including Microsoft Windows and cloud-based systems.

Perform regular maintenance on workstations, keeping systems optimized and work areas safe.

Stay organized with IT asset tracking and inventory management across multiple work sites.

What You Bring:

A customer-first mindset with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

A passion for learning and growing in the IT field.

Experience in technical support, computer hardware, and networking (minimum 6 months preferred).

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Access).

A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (travel between work sites required).

To be considered benefit-eligible, must work 20 hours per week or more.

Rogue Rewards Benefits provides up to $750.00 (prorated by FTE and hire date) for the year 2025.
