Overview:
The Senior Corporate Accountant is responsible for ledger maintenance, journal entries, reconciliations, audit support, and other accounting tasks.
What you will be doing:
Active involvement in month-end close: journal entries, reconciliations, analyses.
Conduct variance analysis, collaborate with department heads for explanations or corrections.
Assist in compliance report preparation and provide documents to tax agencies and auditors.
Support Financial and SOX audit requests.
Handle intercompany reconciliations, transfer pricing, consolidation, and troubleshooting accounting issues.
Undertake ad hoc projects for accounting, reporting, and finance operations.
What you must have:
Strong accounting and financial expertise with keen attention to detail.
Deadline-oriented with advanced Excel proficiency for analysis.
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced setting.
Strong work ethic and communication skills.
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting.
5+ years of Corporate Accounting for a public company.
Intercompany Accounting.
