Job Summary
MTech Construction is looking for a Construction Coordinator to join our growing utility construction team at Mosaic Technologies. The Construction Coordinator plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of utility construction projects. This position involves coordinating with various departments within the organization, managing communication, and handling invoicing tasks to support MTechs construction activities.
This position requires full-time, on-site presence in our Cameron, WI office.
Essential Functions (including but not limited to)
Ensure all necessary locates are called in and documented before construction begins
Lead communication efforts with other departments to keep them informed about construction progress
Provide regular updates and reports to the General Manager and other stakeholders
Complete all invoicing tasks in an accurate and timely manner
Follow up on outstanding invoices and manage any discrepancies
Qualifications and Skills
Valid drivers license
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment
Strong communication skills
Dependability to the company, co-workers, and customers
High school diploma plus one year of applicable experience
Previous experience in utility construction industry is preferred
