About the Role

Self-motivated data analyst with strong collaboration skills, focused on driving marketing campaign success. Requires a bachelor's in marketing, computer science, or related field (or 5+ years as a Database Marketing Director/Manager). Must have 2+ years in database marketing; gaming industry experience preferred. Skilled in player tracking systems, SQL, and relational/multi-dimensional databases. Experienced in complex query development, test/control group segmentation, and campaign proofing. Familiarity with Aristocrat Oasis and Loyalty a plus. Strong project management, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office; able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. Thrives in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.

Responsibilities

Apply advanced data analysis to guide marketing strategy, define KPIs, and track ROI

Implement database marketing strategies, including direct mail and email, to boost player engagement.

Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure accurate campaign execution.

Support planning and execution of casino kiosk promotions and targeted marketing efforts.

Generate segmented marketing lists to optimize campaign relevance and effectiveness.

Maintain strict confidentiality and comply with gaming industry regulations.

Partner with cross-functional teams to align and integrate marketing activities.

Analyze competitor and financial data to develop measurable marketing plans.

Manage multiple projects, adjusting to shifting priorities and last-minute changes.

Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
