IDEAL CANDIDATES HAVE:

J.D. from an accredited law school

Minimum 10 years of experience in complex commercial litigation

Active California Bar license

California residency

Experience in factual investigations, discovery, pleadings, depositions, motion practice, mediations, and client communications

Experience in both state and federal court (preferred)

Exposure to administrative proceedings and arbitration (plus)

Strong academic credentials

Excellent judgment

Proven ability to manage multiple matters under pressure
