Job Description Job Title: Medical Biller/Coder/Collector Location: Altamonte Springs, FL Job Type: Temp to Perm Schedule: Monday – Friday 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Pay Rate: $20.00/hour Openings: 2 Job Summary: We are hiring two experienced and detail-oriented Medical Biller/Coder/Collectors to join our team in Altamonte Springs, FL.

The ideal candidates will have at least 3 years of experience in medical billing and coding.

This role is essential in ensuring accurate coding, compliant billing practices, and efficient claim resolution to support optimal revenue cycle management.

Key Responsibilities: Medical Billing & Coding:• Accurately apply ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS codes to diagnoses, procedures, and services• Review medical records and provider documentation for coding accuracy• Submit clean claims to insurance companies and follow up on denials, rejections, and unpaid claims• Identify and resolve any discrepancies between documentation and billing data Compliance & Documentation:• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of coding guidelines, payer rules, and healthcare regulations• Ensure documentation supports accurate and complete coding• Collaborate with providers, payers, and internal teams to resolve coding or billing-related issues Qualifications: Education:• High school diploma or equivalent required• Medical Billing & Coding certification preferred• CPC (Certified Professional Coder) or CCS (Certified Coding Specialist) strongly preferred Experience:• Minimum of 3 years of experience in medical billing and coding and Collections.
