Position Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Customer Service Administrator to support our solar energy team. The ideal candidate will act as the first point of contact for customers, handle service inquiries, coordinate installations and service appointments, and ensure smooth administrative operations related to our solar products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner

Schedule service appointments, installations, and maintenance visits

Maintain and update customer records in CRM and internal systems

Track service tickets and ensure timely resolution of customer issues

Process documents, contracts, and service-related paperwork

Coordinate with field technicians, sales teams, and third-party contractors

Assist with billing inquiries, service follow-ups, and post-installation support

Provide administrative support to the customer service and operations teams

Monitor inventory and shipment statuses related to service calls

Support continuous improvement of customer service processes

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or higher preferred

1–3 years of customer service or administrative experience (solar or energy industry a plus)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Proficient in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Preferred Skills:

Knowledge of solar energy products and systems

Familiarity with scheduling software and project tracking tools

Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus

Work Environment:

Office-based role with occasional interaction with field teams
