Job Description

Join a dynamic team at a manufacturing facility specializing in Tectum ceiling panels, found in schools, gyms, offices, and military bases. We are expanding our team of maintenance technicians to accommodate business growth, and we are seeking mechanically inclined individuals with manufacturing experience.

Shift: 2nd; 3p-11p

Pay: $25.29-33.29; .40 shift diff

Responsibilities

Perform reactive maintenance on various equipment such as conveyor systems, painting equipment, gas-fired dryers, cutting equipment, boilers, process piping, dust collection systems, and pumps.

Tear down complex units, assess and repair defective or worn parts, and reassemble for proper operation.

Conduct troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repair of mechanical equipment.

Execute preventive and predictive maintenance on various systems including mechanical drive systems, pumps, hydraulics, and pneumatics.Essential Skills

Mechanical troubleshooting experience.

Ability to understand technical drawings.

Experience in maintenance within a manufacturing environment.

Proficiency with mechanical drive systems, pumps, hydraulics, and pneumatics.

Welding and fabrication skills.Additional Skills & Qualifications

Experience with boilers and presses.

Electrical troubleshooting skills.

PLC troubleshooting experience, preferably Allen Bradley.

Installation and diagnostics of VFDs.Why Work Here

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $38.00 - $42.00/hr.
