Job Title: Operations Manager
Job Description
The ideal candidate will create and maintain an efficient system of operation to support business needs. The Operations Manager will oversee engineering and production processes within our facility, requiring a strong background in engineering and the metal forming industry, as well as high-quality standards and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate all aspects of business operations, including planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
Serve as a senior leader to the engineering team to develop and implement innovative solutions for improving production processes and product quality.
Establish and maintain quality control procedures to ensure products and services meet industry standards and customer specifications.
Supervise, mentor, and develop teams across multiple departments while fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
Ensure all operations comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations, championing safety in collaboration with operations and management teams.
Understand and manage operational budgets, monitor expenditures, and implement cost-saving measures.
Prepare and present regular reports on operational performance, engineering and operations projects, and improvement initiatives to management.Essential Skills

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, manufacturing, or a related field. Experience will be considered in lieu of education.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management in metal forming, manufacturing, or a similar field.
Extensive experience in engineering and process improvement.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Knowledge of industry standards and regulatory requirements.

The pay range for this position is $115000.00 - $120000.00/yr.
