Powder Coater

Job Description

Adecco is seeking an experienced Powder Coater to join our team as an operator on our powder coating line. This position is hands-on and involves both powder application inside the booth and assisting with material preparation. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, safety-focused, and has prior experience in a powder coating environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate powder coating spray equipment with precision and consistency.

Assist in preparing materials for coating, including cleaning, masking, and hanging parts.

Inspect surfaces for proper coating thickness, finish quality, and defects.

Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.

Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality results.

Qualifications:

Previous powder coating experience is a must have.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Attention to detail and strong work ethic.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Benefits:

Competitive hourly wage based on experience.

Pay Details: $18.00 to $21.00 per hour
