Job Title: Electrode Department Operator
Job Description
Join our team in the Electrode Department as an Operator, where you will be part of a dynamic and rotating day shift schedule from 6 am to 6 pm. The schedule includes working two days on, two days off, and three days on, repeating in a rotating cycle with 36 hours one week and 48 hours the next, including every other weekend.
Responsibilities
Prepare equipment and materials for production.
Operate equipment in accordance with the OP Manual, input materials, and monitor defects/loss for continuous self-inspection of the product and check quality.
Maintain accurate records of production work in GMES (Global Manufacturing Execution System).
Track all non-conformities and scraps.Essential Skills
At least 6 months of manufacturing experience.
Ability to work in environments requiring PPE.
9 months tenure at each job.
Must not have been unemployed for more than 30 days.Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience with production, cleanroom, assembly, and machine operation.
Ability to operate machinery and handle general production tasks.Why Work Here?

Work Environment
The work environment is expansive, requiring substantial walking from building to building and throughout the plant. Operators work in a clean room setting, necessitating the use of garb and beard net, if applicable. The facility is meticulously clean, temperature-controlled, and brightly lit, adhering strictly to 5S3K standards.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Holland, Michigan.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
