We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee plant equipment, including flat freezers, refrigeration systems, and electrical systems. The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving skills, the ability to swiftly implement solutions as problems arise, and the capability to repair all electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and power transmission components of all manufacturing equipment. Strong leadership, interpersonal skills, and excellent verbal and written communication are essential.
Responsibilities
Oversee and maintain plant equipment, including flat freezers, refrigeration systems, and electrical systems.
Swiftly implement solutions as problems arise.
Repair all electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and power transmission components of manufacturing equipment.
Provide strong leadership and maintain excellent interpersonal relationships with team members.
Ensure all maintenance tasks are completed in an organized and responsible manner.Essential Skills
Strong leadership experience
Strong electrical troubleshooting abilities.
Experience with PLCs and ability to handle inputs and outputs.
Knowledge of 480 V 3-phase electrical systems.
Familiarity with conveyor systems.
Understanding of simple hydraulics, lifts, and grinders.
Ability to read and interpret schematics.Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $85000.00 - $95000.00/yr.
