Shift: Monday - Thursday, 5:30 AM - 4:00 PM

What You'll Do:

Operate screw machines to produce precision parts to specification

Read and interpret blueprints, job orders, and machining instructions

Inspect completed workpieces to ensure compliance with specifications and tolerances

Perform basic machine maintenance and report issues

Maintain a clean and safe work area

What We're Looking For:

Prior experience operating screw machines

Ability to read blueprints and job orders, including dimensions and tolerances

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality parts

Reliable and able to work the full Monday-Thursday schedule (5:30 AM - 4:00 PM)

Employment Type:

Full-Time, Contract-to-Hire - With strong performance, this role can transition to permanent employment
