Adecco is hiring immediately for Janitorial Workers at our Client site in Holland, Michigan. Janitorial Workers do essential jobs with one of our premier clients, with starting pay at $18.00/hr., plus available overtime. We are seeking dependable and hardworking General Laborers to join our team and support daily facility operations through general cleanup and maintenance. This role is essential in ensuring our manufacturing environment remains clean, safe, and well-organized. We have openings on 1st shift.

Responsibilities:

Perform routine cleaning and maintenance throughout the facility, including sweeping, mopping, and clearing debris.

Collect, sort, and properly dispose of trash and recyclable materials.

Clean and sanitize manufacturing areas, trailers, crates, and equipment as needed.

Break down and remove wooden pallets, packaging materials, and other refuse.

Organize and stage machine parts and supplies to maintain a tidy and efficient workspace.

Support other departments with manual labor and general upkeep tasks as assigned.

Follow company safety protocols and procedures at all times.

Operate hand tools and basic equipment as needed.

Report safety concerns or maintenance needs to supervisors promptly.

Pay Details: $18.00 per hour
