Healthcare Security Program Manager

This is an overnight position and will be filled on, or around, 6/30/2025

Pay is $75,000 - $80,000/annually

Selected candidate will be required to complete medical screenings

Join PalAmerican Security as a Healthcare Program Manager and take charge of overseeing security operations in a fast-paced healthcare setting. As a highly skilled and motivated individual, you will lead a team of Supervisors and Officers, ensuring compliance with security policies, maintaining training standards, and fostering a safe workplace for patients, staff, clients, and visitors.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

Recruits, interviews, hires, and trains new staff

Oversees the daily workflow and performance evaluations

Handles performance management and discipline

Provides leadership and support to all direct reports

Conducts routine site inspections

Duties/Responsibilities:

Acts as the primary representative for PalAmerican Security employees

Assists in developing and evaluating security programs

Conducts data analysis for safety improvements

Provides leadership to the security team, ensuring training and support

Creates and updates weekly employee schedules

Manages payroll, paid time off requests, and employee file updates

Accepts calls after hours for call offs and client requests

Stands post as needed until relief is found

Builds presentations and conducts quarterly business review meetings with clients

Required Skills/Abilities:

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Strong organizational and time management skills

Ability to prioritize tasks and function well in a high-paced environment

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software

Education and Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent

5 years of security experience in a supervisory capacity

Working knowledge of healthcare security standards

Relevant education in Security Management or related field is a plus

Experience with payroll management systems (Winteam experience is preferred)

Knowledge of TrackTik software is preferred

Physical Requirements:

Prolonged periods of sitting and computer work

Ability to lift up to 15 pounds when required
