Preferred Qualifications

Master’s Degree Demonstrated experience understanding of the developmental needs of college students. 3-5 years’ experience advising first-year students, particularly exploratory/undecided students. 1-2 years’ experience in advising and programming for special populations; and proficiency with EAB Navigate student success management system, Ellucian Banner Student, Canvas Learning Management System and Degree Works degree auditing system.
