Tasks and Responsibilities
Maintains and cleans designated areas of the facility, including office spaces, break rooms, clean rooms and warehouse areas.
Responsible for activities such as vacuuming, mopping, dusting, etc.
Provides hard surface floor maintenance, including stripping and polishing.
Maintains company tools, equipment and work space.
Maintains facilities supplies and inventory.
Uses Lean Enterprise methods to reduce waste and complexity in all processes.
Utilizes and maintains company owned equipment, as necessary
Eduction and Experience
Required:
High School Diploma or GED
Desired:
1-3 years of experience in the custodial field
Competencies
Ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language
Ability to communicate clearly by conveying and receiving ideas, information and direction effectively
Ability to demonstrate adequate job knowledge to deliver a world class performance
Ability to challenge oneself to consistently meet all goals and deadlines

Basic computer skills
Understanding of applicable Work Instructions and SOP'S
Ability to be trained to operate forklift
Able to lift the maximum weight limit established by the company
Good manual dexterity
Correctable vision
Work with minimal supervision
