Manager FP&A

Century Group is partnering with a client who is seeking a Manager FP&A to join their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary $140,000 to $150,000 per year.

Job Responsibilities:

Oversee the FP&A team and establish processes for financial planning, quarterly and annual budget allocation, and company finance forecasting.

Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic planning and decision-making.

Identify cost-cutting opportunities and lobby senior management for implementation.

Provide insightful analysis of financial performance, variance and tends to senior management and key stakeholders. Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in accounting, or finance, MBA preferred.

5+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel) Power BI, Power Pivot Experience:

Managing and leading a team experience.

Healthcare experience preferred.

Strong communication skills are crucial for coordinating with other divisions and teams within the company.
