Requirements

Responsibilities

Represent USF by providing outbound phone services to prospective students, current students, and alum. (Communication)

Assist in supporting annual fundraising campaigns by providing outbound phone services. (Communication)

Provide accurate data entry in Banner system. (Technology)

Assist in maintaining various department reports as needed. (Professionalism)

Perform clerical, and other miscellaneous duties as assigned. (Professionalism)

Qualifications

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Previous work experience in a customer service related position.

Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel programs.

Detail-oriented, able to function independently, self-starter.

Ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent computer navigational, data entry and typing skills.

Current student, minimum 2.5 GPA.

Federal work study eligibility highly preferred.

Ability to perform physical requirements of the position.

Willingness to support the Catholic and Franciscan values of the university.
