Job Title: Automotive Dealership Controller

Location: Glendale, AZ

Employment Type: Full-Time

About Us:

We are an established automotive dealership committed to excellence in customer service and operational efficiency. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Controller to oversee and manage the financial operations of our dealership.

Responsibilities:

Oversee all accounting operations including A/P, A/R, payroll, and general ledger

Prepare monthly financial statements and reports

Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local financial regulations

Manage internal controls and audit processes

Work closely with department managers to analyze financial performance

Coordinate with external accountants and auditors

Supervise and mentor accounting staff

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting

Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Controller, preferably in an automotive dealership

Strong knowledge of dealership financial processes and DMS systems (e.g., CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds)

Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills
