Job Title: Master Carpenter

Reports To: Owner

Job Overview: This position is for a motivated individual who likes variety. As a Master Carpenter you will have the opportunity to be part of projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate is someone who wants to learn new skills and takes pride in what they accomplish each day. We will consider experience for this position with the option for growth within the company based on performance.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Supervise the job including coworkers and subs to ensure quality, safety and efficiency

Framing and finishing

Install millwork and paint

Siding and roofing

Quality control for in-house crews and subs contractors

Lead and train field crews

Ability to work alone and as a team member

Smart phone proficiency

Ability to interpret and scale plans and job specifications

Desire to continuously learn new skills, integrity, timeliness, honesty and remarkable customer service and craftsmanship

Exercise good communication, follow instructions, work in a safe manner

Qualifications:

Master level, no supervisor experiences necessary

Communication skills with employees, sub-contractors, and homeowners

Valid driver’s license

Must have means of transportation

Ability to lift and carry 50 pounds

Must be 18 years of age or older

Compensation:

$34 - $42 per hour
