Customer Service Representative- Inbound Bilingual)

Fond du Lac Cold Storage, located in Edison, NJ, was founded in 1998. We specialize in Temperature Controlled warehousing of wine, cheese, chocolate & craft beer. We have more than 75 refrigerated trucks that deliver wine to NJ and NY. We provide pick & pack handling and a variety of special value-added services.

Customer Service Representative / Monday - Friday / 8:00am - 4:30pm

The Customer Service Representative will need strong computer knowledge with Windows base products. Must be able to efficiently handle and keep organized large quantities of paperwork on a daily basis. Needs to be able to work in a team environment. Handle high call volume with professionalism in a friendly and enthusiastic manner.

Job Responsibilities:

· Effectively manage large amounts of incoming calls and emails

· Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction

· Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication

· Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools

· Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution

· Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies

· Take the extra mile to engage customers

Requirements:

· High School or GED equivalent required

· Must be Bilingual- Spanish

· 1-2 years of relevant experience preferred

· Deliver superior customer service

· Strong data entry skills

· Experience in EDI Order processing a plus

· Accuracy and Attention to detail a must

· Strong Organizational skills a must

· Problem solving abilities

· Ability to multitask a must

· Ability to handle difficult customers with diplomacy and tact

· Able to perform basic math operations

· Must be able to work flexible hours.
