Electrical Controls & Panel Designer

Job Description

Duties:

• Provide Industrial Control Panel Design in support of PLC & HMI programming projects.

• Power design, control system evaluation, BOM and vendor coordination, schedule support, and installation support for manufacturing facilities.

• Experience in power calculations and electrical circuit protection design.

• Experience in designing safety circuits and systems.

• Design experience required in the following systems:

o Industrial Controls

- Allen Bradley / Rockwell: PLC ControlLogix, CompactLogix

o Drives

- Rockwell

• Electrical Design for Process, Handling and Delivery Systems.

• Network & Communication drawings

• Previous AutoCAD Electrical design package experience is required.

Minimum 5 years experience.

BS or equivalent experience
