The Client Trainer is a dynamic and engaging trainer with a passion for helping clients succeed. This role excels at delivering clear, concise, and tailored training programs that help clients unlock the full potential of Autosoft products and services. As a Client Trainer, your role centers around becoming an expert in our products and delivering world-class training to our clients through both onsite and virtual sessions. You will work with diverse audiences to educate and demonstrate the value of ongoing best practice training, empowering our clients to become proficient users of our platform. Ultimately, this position will contribute to upholding Autosoft’s reputation as the industry leader in client training, reducing churn and maximizing product utilization.
This is a remote position; however, client training will be delivered through a combination of onsite and virtual sessions. As a result, this role may require up to 75% overnight travel..
What You Will Do:
Responsibilities:
Develop an in-depth understanding of Autosoft products and services, becoming the go-to expert for clients and internal teams.
Proactively seek out and implement best-in-class training methodologies, leveraging your subject matter expert knowledge to deliver impactful and effective virtual and in-person training sessions.
Collaborate with internal teams to create and update training materials such as guides, tutorials, webinars, and video content that align with the needs of various client segments.
Assess the specific needs of each client and customize training sessions to address their goals and use cases.
Refine existing training processes and develop new, innovative workflows to enhance the client experience throughout their lifecycle with Autosoft.
Constantly monitor client interactions to identify training gaps, proactively creating solutions to enhance product adoption and improve overall client satisfaction.
Educate clients on industry best practices and the importance of ongoing learning to obtain platform mastery to drive their business success, with a focus on maximizing product utilization and value.
Serve as the voice of Autosoft by establishing and maintaining best practices for client outreach and communication, ensuring a consistent, professional and exceptional client experience.
Gather client feedback during training sessions and work with Product and Customer Success teams to continuously enhance the training experience and platform usability.
Manage time-sensitive, high-pressure queries with confidence, ensuring swift and effective resolution.
Regularly provide updates, insights, and feedback to Project Managers and relevant stakeholders to ensure alignment and drive continuous improvement.
Continuously update your knowledge of new product features and enhancements to ensure clients are always equipped with the latest product capabilities.

What You Will Bring:
Required Skills:
Five (5) years of experience delivering training on DMS platforms to dealership clients.
Extensive experience working across all departments within a dealership.
Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail, ensuring high-quality training and client support.
Flexibility to accommodate client schedules, including availability for evening and weekend sessions as needed.
Strong organizational and communications skills, with the ability to clearly convey complex information to diverse audiences.
Self-motivated with a passion for client success, consistently delivering outstanding service.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.
Analytical mindset with a process-oriented approach to problem-solving.
Proactive and solution-driven, with a willingness to tackle client challenges head-on.
Strong technical acumen with a background in using technology to drive solutions.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Programs including Teams, Excel, Word, and other essential tools.
Valid driver’s license for onsite training sessions.
Preferred Skills (Nice-to-haves):
Proven ability to build and nurture strong client relationships, fostering long-term partnerships.
2 years of experience using Salesforce to manage client interactions and data.
Proficiency in data analysis, with the ability to draw insights from client data to improve training outcomes.
Experience:
A degree in education, business, or a related field is preferred but not required.
Minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience in a dealership environment.
Demonstrated experience with dealership accounting processes and systems, with the ability to provide expert-level training and support.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to sit for extended periods while working at a desk and using a computer.
Capable of lifting and moving up to 15 pounds as needed.
Willingness and ability to travel up to 75% of the time, including overnight travel.
