Nightingale's List is seeking a qualified and compassionate Recreational Therapist to join our team at the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation (CDCR) facility in CA. This role offers a unique and rewarding opportunity to provide therapeutic recreational services to incarcerated individuals, supporting their mental, emotional, and physical rehabilitation in a structured and secure environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct assessments to determine individual therapeutic needs.

Develop and implement goal-driven, therapeutic recreation programs tailored to inmate populations.

Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions focused on skill-building, stress reduction, and social engagement.

Maintain accurate documentation of patient participation, progress, and treatment adjustments.

Collaborate closely with psychologists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals as part of a multidisciplinary treatment team.

Nightingale's List Job ID. Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
