Key Responsibilities:
Patient Interaction: Conduct patient interviews to gather and document basic medical history, and ensure patients feel comfortable and informed.
Scheduling & Coordination: Efficiently schedule appointments, handle phone calls, arrange lab services, and coordinate CT, MRI, and surgeries as needed.
Patient Records Management: Update and file medical records and insurance documents accurately and timely.
Clinical Assistance: Take and record vital signs, assist healthcare providers during exams and procedures, administer allergy shots, and assist with allergy testing.
Office Management: Handle copay collections, manage balance dues, and ensure the treatment rooms and instruments are prepared, cleaned, and sanitized.
Specialized ENT Allergy Care: Mix serums and administer allergy shots, working closely with the doctor to provide high-quality care to our patients.

Qualifications
Qualifications:
Certification: Certified Medical Assistant (Preferred)
Experience: Minimum 2 years in a medical assistant role, with ENT/Allergy experience preferred.
Education: High school diploma/GED; completion of an accredited MA program is preferred.
CPR Certification (preferred).
Health Records: Current immunizations for Hepatitis B and TB as required in healthcare.
Surgery Scheduling (REQUIRED)
