Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Project Manager to lead the design, decommissioning, and reconfiguration of office layouts for a large-scale office move. This role will involve overseeing the acquisition of new floors, decommissioning existing spaces, and ensuring the seamless setup of network infrastructure and corporate services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in office layout design, project management, and network infrastructure, with expertise in CAD software.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the decommissioning and reconfiguration of office spaces, including acquiring and setting up new floors.

Develop and review design drawings for office layouts, ensuring alignment with operational requirements.

Manage and coordinate large office moves, collaborating with project managers and external vendors.

Oversee network engineering setup, including internet, cabling, and wiring, ensuring alignment with office layout structure.

Partner with corporate services to address electrical, hardware, and infrastructure issues.

Ensure smooth integration of all technical infrastructure, including working with DTS (Distributed Technology Services).

Utilize CAD software to develop and adjust office layout designs as needed.

Provide project status updates and resolve issues related to infrastructure and layout design. Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in infrastructure project management, preferably in office design and relocation.

Strong proficiency in CAD software for reading and modifying design layouts.

Experience managing large office moves and infrastructure upgrades.

Understanding of network infrastructure, including internet setup, cabling, and hardware configuration.

Strong problem-solving and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Experience working with corporate services and technical teams to address infrastructure and hardware issues.
