IT Infrastructure Project Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive IT Infrastructure Project Coordinator to support the efficient planning and execution of our organization's IT infrastructure projects. The successful candidate will work closely with project managers, team members, and stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.

The specific duties for the IT Infrastructure Project Coordinator include:

- Collaborating effectively with the IT team to ensure projects are on track.

- Supervising various projects from inception to execution.

- Developing project strategies and proposing budget plans.

- Generating progress reports and providing updates to all key stakeholders.

- Mitigating project risks and handling potential issues.

- Ensuring all IT projects meet quality standards and are completed within the budget and time-frame.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field.

Proven experience in a project coordination role, preferably in IT infrastructure projects.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficient in project management tools and Microsoft Office applications. Experience:

Minimum of 4 years of experience in a project coordination role.

Familiarity with IT infrastructure concepts and technologies is advantageous.
