Hours and Pay
3rd/Overnight Shift: Monday - Thursday, 8:00 PM - 6:00 AM $17.50/hour
Weekend Shift (Days): Friday - Sunday, 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM $16.50/hour
Weekend Shift (Nights): Friday - Sunday, 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM $17.50/hour
Employment Type: Temp-to-hire
Daily Tasks and Requirements
Ensure all production lines have active jobs and prepare upcoming jobs for seamless transitions
Accurately count, issue, and track materials to maintain inventory integrity
Pull and deliver the correct materials to assemble kits, requiring strong attention to detail
Use small hand tools such as screwdrivers to assist with material handling tasks
Recognize colors and parts to ensure proper assembly and distribution
Select and operate equipment as needed for the job
Listen carefully and follow verbal instructions to complete tasks efficiently
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse or industrial workspace
Stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs as required

Qualifications:
Entry-level: ability to count, recognize colors, and use small hand tools
Good mental arithmetic, spatial awareness, and sound judgment
Highly detail-oriented with a critical degree of accuracy
Warehouse or industrial experience preferred, but not required
