We are seeking a Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) to join our leadership team, bringing vision, expertise, and a passion for quality care to further our mission of providing exceptional service to our residents. The CNO will collaborate with other executives to develop and implement policies that enhance nursing practices, improve patient outcomes, and maintain compliance with regulatory standards. This position requires a strong background in nursing administration, healthcare management, and a deep understanding of clinical practices.

Duties

Lead and manage nursing departments in various settings, including assisted living, acute care, and home care.

Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures to ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.

Oversee the management of medical records and ensure accurate documentation of patient care.

Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to improve patient care strategies and outcomes.

Conduct regular assessments of nursing staff performance and provide guidance for professional development.

Ensure that nursing staff are trained in MDS (Minimum Data Set) assessments and other required competencies.

Maintain knowledge of current trends in nursing practice, physiology, and healthcare management to inform decision-making.

Foster a culture of safety, respect, and collaboration among all nursing personnel.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Nursing; Master's degree preferred.

Current nursing license with significant experience in nurse management or related roles.

Strong knowledge of physiology, medical records management, and nursing administration.

Proven experience in healthcare management with a focus on improving clinical outcomes.

Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate nursing teams.

Strong analytical skills to assess data related to patient care quality and operational efficiency.

Exceptional communication skills for effective collaboration with staff, patients, and other stakeholders.

This role is ideal for an experienced nurse leader who is passionate about enhancing patient care through effective management practices.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $130,000.00 - $145,000.00 per year
