Description

CLM Midwest is a regional commercial facility maintenance contractor with a local presence who partners with some of the nation's leading retail, convenience store, and restaurant brands. We are a long-established, self-performing company that provides install, break/fix, and emergency services across several states. This career opportunity is available as our new and current client base has expanded this year generating additional volume in project opportunities.

The Estimator is responsible for creating project scopes and quotes that meet our clients needs. The person in this role is a key player in the partnership and solutions we provide. Our project opportunities come from a pipeline of daily work orders and RFP participation. Estimators also work closely with internal technician, account management, and vendor teams to review technician recommendations, client requests, and subcontractor proposals. The focus of this role is operations and matching our demand – this is high volume M&R work with small/medium average ticket size, not huge projects or new construction.

Our estimators ensure that these projects are timely, profitable, and to each client’s unique expectations outlined by our service contracts with them. Successful candidates must have strong sense of urgency and accuracy, be highly organized and business conscious, and be able to work in a fast-paced commercial maintenance environment. The office's layout creates an excellent environment for quick collaboration as needed and learning opportunities to connect with experienced coworkers.

CLM offers a competitive full suite of benefits including but not limited to: health, dental, and vision insurances, 401k with company match, PTO & sick days, and more...
