We’re currently seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join our 1st shift team. If you’re ready to take ownership of your work, mentor others, and grow in a dynamic environment, this is the opportunity for you.

What You’ll Do:

Ability to set up all repeat jobs that are fully documented

Run the first piece to print specification

Knowledge of programming and may have ability to make edits or program

Manually inspect the part to the inspection sheet criteria

Ability to read blueprints to a medium/high level and correlate that back to the inspection protocol and documentation

Knowledge of GD&T tolerancing

May run multiple machines simultaneously as a production cell

Advanced shop math with trigonometry and geometry

Mentor and train operators

Other duties as needed

What We’re Looking For:

High School Diploma required; CNC technical diploma preferred

5+ years of machining experience

Strong mechanical aptitude, advanced math skills, and a willingness to learn and lead

Salary Description

$23-$30/hour
