About Sybill:

B2B AEs are on customer calls for 1.5 hours a day! The remainder of their day goes into back-office admin work. We are automating away that work so they can focus on customer relationships and closing deals.

We don’t just take meeting notes, we automatically create and manage to-do lists from both calls and emails and then help auto-execute those tasks using AI. This includes updating CRM, sending follow-up emails, scheduling follow-up meetings, researching information, customizing collaterals (decks, one-pagers, RFPs), and much more. Sybill helps reps to close more while doing less. And we envision that Sybill will enable an AE to close 200% more revenue.

We have raised $15M to make this assistant of the future a reality for AEs. With 750+ happy customers, 70% of our revenue comes from word-of-mouth through our PLG offering.

The Opportunity

We’re looking for someone who can build and improve the behind-the-scenes systems that support our product-led growth (PLG) and social media efforts. You’ll work across teams to help us move faster, learn from data, and run experiments more smoothly. Your job is to make sure everything, from signups to social campaigns, is tracked, automated, and running like a well-oiled machine.

This is not a traditional “ops” role, it’s a growth-enablement role for someone who can think in systems, build scrappy automations, and translate data into action.

What You’ll Do

Track What Matters: Set up the right data tracking across the product and marketing channels so we can understand what’s working (or not) and run better experiments.

Find and Share Insights: Analyze product and campaign data, build dashboards, and surface useful trends that help the team make faster, smarter decisions.

Automate Workflows: Build simple, no-code or low-code automations that save time, reduce manual work, and help us scale faster.

Support Growth Experiments: Help the team launch and measure product or marketing experiments by making sure the right systems and data are in place.

Think in Systems: Understand the full user journey from first click to referral and help design smooth, connected experiences across touchpoints.

What We’re Looking For

3–5 years of experience in marketing ops, growth ops, product ops, or similar roles—ideally in a PLG SaaS environment

Deep understanding of PLG dynamics and user journeys across signup, activation, retention, and referral

Strong foundation in product analytics (Amplitude, Mixpanel, GA4, or similar) and data wrangling (SQL, Looker, etc.)

Automation chops - comfortable with tools like Zapier, Retool, Airtable, or custom scripts

Curiosity and intuition for social media mechanics - especially how content travels on platforms like LinkedIn, X, and YouTube

Systems thinker who thrives on making cross-functional work efficient and measurable
