What You’ll Do

As a Front Desk Agent at Hotel Citrine, you’ll:

Greet guests with energy, enthusiasm, and personalized attention

Manage check-in and check-out processes with precision and grace

Serve as an ambassador of both the hotel and local community

Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues with creativity and care

Collaborate with departments across the hotel to exceed guest expectations

Accurately manage room assignments, billing, and guest profiles

Reflect the hotel’s commitment to sustainable hospitality in every interaction
