Royalty Roofing is looking for a creative and results-driven Marketing Coordinator to join our Marketing team. You'll lead and support multi-channel marketing campaigns, manage social media, create engaging content, and help build our brand across Northeast Ohio. What You'll Do:

· Plan and execute marketing campaigns across social, digital, and traditional platforms

· Create and capture video/photo content from residential roofing job sites to showcase our work

· Manage and grow social media channels: Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Twitter

· Build and execute grassroots/local marketing initiatives

· Generate and respond to online reviews to enhance brand reputation

· Create marketing materials, promotional items, and sales support tools

· Use analytics and CRM tools to track campaign performance

· Support lead management and maintain CRM accuracy

· Manage vendor relationships and collaborate on creative projects

· Contribute to planning sessions and idea generation

Requirements:

· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field

· 2+ years of experience in multi-channel marketing

· Strong social media, video content, and campaign management experience

· Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools

· Great communication, organization, and time management skills

· Creative mindset with the ability to drive innovation
