Class Summary
This is a professional level job where incumbents perform data collection, data input, and related analytical work in support of the performance management system and auditing activities. Incumbents are expected to analyze information, support special projects, and provide recommendations in reports and presentations. Incumbents are expected to work directly with departments and divisions, and consultants, to assist the division in meeting scheduled deadlines for performance system updates and audits. Incumbents are expected to handle other administrative responsibilities within the division, including, but not limited to, budget tracking, records management, and customer support functions.

Essential Duties:
•Serves as a liaison with departments and divisions and other governmental officials or agencies, County employees, and/or other interested parties.
•Prepares documentation, creates reports, and validates information for use by performance and auditing staff.
•Prepares, processes, and maintains a variety of system data and/or reports related to assigned area of responsibility. Update/maintain user administration and access rights for the automated systems.
•Prepares and gives presentations on specified topics.
•Promotes divisional programs in support of staff, departments and divisions, and/or other interested parties.
•Performs administrative activities in support of division.
Additional Information
Education/Experience and Licensure Requirements
(or, an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job):
•Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a closely related field
•Two years of professional auditing or analyst experience, including one year of project management experience
Knowledge of:
•Public administration principles;
•Principles and practices of assigned area of responsibility;

•Research and evaluation techniques;

•Applicable laws, rules, and regulations.

Physical Requirements:
Positions in this class typically require: fingering, talking, hearing, seeing and repetitive motions.
