Job Title: Sales Support Coordinator

Location: Remote (MST)

Salary Range: up to 2500 USD

Work Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Arizona Time (MST)

Position Overview:

We're looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Sales Support Coordinator to join a high-energy, client-focused team. You'll be a key player in delivering fast, friendly, and professional service - from first contact through to quote follow-ups and order entry. You wont be closing deals directly, but your coordination will make it possible for the sales team to shine.

This is an ideal role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys multitasking, and has a passion for delivering great customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Communication & Inquiry Management

Answer incoming phone calls and emails with a friendly, professional tone

Qualify leads and route them to the appropriate sales representative

Follow up on open quotes and client questions

Log all interactions in the CRM for visibility and follow-up

Sales Support & Order Entry

Accurately input simple sales orders into the order management system

Help prepare quotes and contracts

Keep lead, order, and client records up to date

Ensure order details are accurate, including client info, delivery notes, and payment status

Prospect Outreach & CRM Management

Conduct light outreach to past clients to re-engage them

Research and reach out to new potential leads via email and phone

Maintain a clean and current client database

Internal Coordination

Share client updates with sales reps and operations teams

Participate in daily and weekly sales meetings

Collaborate with sales and marketing on follow-ups and campaign-related outreach

Qualifications:

2+ years in sales support, admin, or client service roles (event or rental industry a plus)

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Organized and efficient multitasker

CRM/order management experience (e.g., HubSpot, RW Elephant, or similar)

Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, etc.)

Positive, customer-first attitude with a sense of urgency

Nice-to-Haves:

Background in event rentals or hospitality

Familiarity with remote team tools like Slack

Previous experience supporting sales in a fast-paced or seasonal business

Experience with niche inventory or rental platforms like RW Elephant, Booqable, Rentman, or Shopify back-end
