Marketing Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Manager to lead and execute all marketing initiatives. This role requires a self-starter who can develop strategies, manage campaigns, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive brand awareness and customer engagement. Experience with Salesforce CRM for campaign tracking and analytics is a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand presence and drive customer acquisition.

Manage and execute all marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, email, and traditional advertising, leveraging Salesforce for campaign tracking and performance analysis.

Collaborate closely with stakeholders, including sales, product teams, and leadership, to ensure marketing efforts align with business objectives.

Maintain and update the company website to ensure content is accurate, engaging, and aligned with marketing campaigns.

Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and new opportunities.

Analyze marketing performance using Salesforce and other analytics tools to optimize strategies and report insights.

Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and partners.

Develop and manage the marketing budget to maximize ROI.

Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor strategies, and best practices.

Create, manage, and grow relationships within the aerospace and other relevant media industries, maximizing opportunities for earned media as well as creating and executing an effective paid media plan.

Work with all relevant stakeholders to build effective tradeshow and event planning budgets, designs, marketing material requirements, and media plans

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (master's degree is a plus).

5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in a sole contributor role or a small team setting.

Strong ability to work independently while effectively collaborating with stakeholders.

Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.

Excellent communication and project management skills.

Proficiency in digital marketing, social media platforms, and analytics tools.

Experience managing and updating company websites (knowledge of CMS platforms like WordPress, Wix, or similar is a plus).

Experience with SEO, SEM, email marketing, and CRM software (Salesforce preferred).

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive marketing decisions.

Creative problem-solving abilities and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
