What You'll Do
As a B2B Outside Sales Representative, you'll be responsible for developing new business and managing client relationships while offering essential traffic control services to construction sites, event organizers, and businesses in need of temporary traffic management solutions. Your key responsibilities will include:
New Business Development - Identify and engage potential clients through networking, cold calling, and market research.
Consultative Selling - Assess clients' traffic control needs and provide tailored solutions that improve safety and efficiency.
Client Relationship Management - Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, builders, and other key decision-makers.
Sales Strategy Execution - Develop and implement sales plans to drive revenue growth and expand our market presence. Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
Industry Expertise - Stay up to date on traffic control regulations, safety standards, and emerging trends.
Collaboration - Work closely with VP of Sales, Operations, and Marketing teams to optimize sales processes and improve customer satisfaction.
What You Bring
We're looking for a proactive, results-driven salesperson who can build strong relationships and drive business growth.
Must-haves:
Proven experience in (B2B) sales 2+ years experience within the construction and/or commercial or related industry.
Strong lead generation and new business development skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Ability to build trust and credibility with clients
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with ability to close the deal.
Valid driver's license and ability to meet safety standards
Nice-to-haves:
Knowledge of traffic control, construction, and utilities markets.
Experience using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
