Position Overview

We are seeking a Senior Property Manager with over 5 years of commercial experience in property management to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in overseeing commercial properties, ensuring optimal performance and tenant satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and oversee daily operations of assigned properties to ensure compliance with company policies and best practices.

Develop and maintain positive relationships with tenants, addressing any concerns or issues promptly.

Coordinate maintenance and repair services to ensure properties are well-maintained.

Prepare and manage property budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources and profitability.

Conduct regular property inspections to assess condition and compliance with safety regulations.

Lead and mentor junior property management staff, providing training and guidance as needed.

Maintain accurate records of property operations, financial transactions, and tenant communications.

Implement marketing strategies to attract new tenants and retain existing ones.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field.

5+ years of experience in property management, with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple properties effectively.

Strong understanding of property management software and tools.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficient in budget management and financial reporting.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Real estate license is preferred.
