Bridgeway Therapy Center is seeking a Crisis Stabilization Consultant to provide immediate support to clients and families with complex needs. Advocate for children and families while developing individualized crisis treatment plans

Assess & Intervene – Conduct Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBA) and develop treatment plans

Support & Train – Provide parent and caregiver coaching and training

Lead & Collaborate – Supervise RBTs and work closely with other professionals

Advocate & Empower – Collaborate with families and caregivers and ensure the best possible care for each childWhat We’re Looking For:

BCBA certification (in good standing)

Master’s Degree in Special Education, Psychology, or a related field

PFA (Practical Functional Assessment) & SBT (Skills-Based Treatment) experience preferred.Salary & Perks:
