Bridgeway Therapy Center is seeking a Crisis Stabilization Consultant to provide immediate support to clients and families with complex needs. Work directly with families, schools, and therapists to create lasting change

Advocate for children and families while developing individualized crisis treatment plans

Assess & Intervene – Conduct Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBA) and develop treatment plans
Support & Train – Provide parent and caregiver coaching and training
Lead & Collaborate – Supervise RBTs and work closely with other professionals
Advocate & Empower – Collaborate with families and caregivers and ensure the best possible care for each childWhat We’re Looking For:
BCBA certification (in good standing)
Master’s Degree in Special Education, Psychology, or a related field
PFA (Practical Functional Assessment) & SBT (Skills-Based Treatment) experience preferred.Salary & Perks:
